For hand-stamped items, our turnaround time is up to 7 business days, while for other items, it is 2-5 days. Shipping takes 2-5 business days, but can experience delays. You will receive a notification when your order ships!

To order a custom item, such as a pet ID tag or keychain, purchase the “custom design” listing. Then, fill out the customization with your details. For design inspiration, check the “design options” tab or visit the “tag inspo” highlight on Instagram @_viviscollection. Feel free to mix and match designs you see on my page—just be specific in your design descriptions.

The polishing kit keeps your tag looking fresh and like new, especially for brass metal! While brass can tarnish over time, this kit restores its shine. It’s available in a full kit or a refill kit (Sharpie not included).

To use the polish kit: fill in the indentations on your item with the Sharpie, let it sit for about 5 minutes, then wipe away with a paper towel. Finish by using the polish pad to bring back the shine! If you notice the mini split ring coming apart or weakening, replace it to ensure everything is secure before putting the tag back on your pet.

I use aluminum and brass metals in 14-16 gauge for a thick, yet durable material. Heavy-duty split rings are included (mini & your choice of large or small), or you can upgrade to a heavy-duty trigger snap hook.
